The purpose of the course is to enable learners develop a critical understanding of the importance of management development and leadership to both organisations and national economic success, and an in-depth appreciation of the importance of business strategy in aligning management development policy and practice with business values and ethics.
Candidates who complete this course will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to foster effective management development in an organisational setting.
