The course is designed to equip staff supporting people with learning disability with the skills and knowledge to empower people with learning disabilities. Learners will develop skills in facilitating adults with learning disabilities in making decisions about their own personal goals and support needs.

- Disempowerment of People with Learning Disability
- Empowerment through Customer-driven Services
- Empowerment through Person Centred Planning
